Stock sculpture and signs can be customized with various generic phrases, “welcome, merry Xmas, gone fishing” etc. at no additional charge. Typically shipping in 1 to 3 business days we offer free shipping to all 50 states. An additional 10% flat rush fee is added if needed before the standard shipping date.
We honor a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all stock and non-custom works with a 10% restocking fee.
Custom works include personal names, home/business addresses, ten words in a phrase and fifteen digits long for custom signage. If the piece is primarily a text or inscription there is flexibility in pricing. An additional 10% flat rush fee is added if needed before the standard shipping date. Custom variations of existing items typically take a few days to confirm the order and ship 1-2 weeks after confirmation.
Waitlist for fully custom works is currently (one) week irrespective working time.
Due to the nature of custom works all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with the work we can arrange for a resell of the piece with a 60/40 split with the purchasing party acquiring the larger share.
