Returns

In the event that a piece is not what you were expecting we offer a 3 month return period with a 10% restocking fee on stock non-custom items, and a 20% restocking fee on variations of existing stock items.

If the item was damaged during shipping, please feel free to reach out to us and we’ll work to fix the damaged item.

Due to the nature of custom commissioned items, we generally do not accept returns, we can however arrange a resell or auction of the piece with a 30% handling fee.

Exchanges

If you were not able to acquire a certain piece, series or collection, and an older style appealed to you, from the same genre we offer a 1-year exchange program designed to encourage collectors to complete a series of works that fit their suited taste.
